Kalapa was born from the meeting of two complementary paths: one rooted in construction and real estate performance, the other in space design and the creation of unique experiences. Based in Lombok, we carry every project together, from the ground up to the moment we hand over the keys to our owners.
With over 6 years of experience in real estate, I specialize in transactions, investment, and asset management, always driven by value creation and performance. This hands-on experience naturally led me to develop a practical approach to construction and renovation: I actively manage projects on the ground, control costs, and ensure consistent quality from design to delivery.
Now based in Lombok, my goal is simple: to build sustainable properties optimized for rental performance, combining efficient design, disciplined execution, and genuine long-term value creation while offering our owners a lifestyle centered on well-being.

I started my career in the operating room, an environment where there is no room for error. That rigor has stayed with me ever since.
I then brought that same mindset to my next project: building a surf camp in Morocco from the ground up from construction and operations to interior design and space planning. I learned that a well-executed project is never a matter of luck, but of method.
That’s the conviction I brought to Kalapa. I lead our brand identity, communication, and storytelling because a villa isn’t simply built it’s designed to be desired, lived in, and remembered.

Our Architect
Imam Aldi Fari Sakti is a professional architect with more than 7 years of experience in construction and architectural design for national and international projects.
Passionate about elegant, functional, and sustainable design, he brings a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail in every project.
Graduated in Architecture from ITN Malang and the Professional Architect Program at Udayana University, he is also an official member of the Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI).Today, he works with Prestige Lombok, contributing to the design of modern and sustainable off-plan villas on the island of Lombok.
Our Project Manager
Rodolphe graduated from the Bandung Institute of Technology Polytechnic (Politeknik ITB), he has more than 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Among his recent projects is the development of villas and infrastructure works for Cluster 1 and Cluster 2 at Panarama Residential Villa & Resort. Throughout his career, he has been involved in building construction, project management, procurement, and property development.Experienced in managing projects from planning to execution, he coordinates multidisciplinary teams while ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
